AI summarise and extract

Both routes need an API key and are not on the free demo. They fetch one public https page (port 443, no private hosts), turn it into plain text, and send that text to a model. The model is told to use the page only.

POST /v1/ai/summarise

{ "url": "https://example.com/", "length": "short" }

length is short (three sentences, the default) or medium (two short paragraphs).

POST /v1/ai/extract

{ "url": "https://example.com/", "fields": { "company": "Company name", "city": "Town or city" } }

1 to 20 fields, snake_case names, a description of up to 200 characters each. You get back exactly those keys. A field that is not on the page is null.

Tiers

tier is optional and defaults to cheap. standard is on Pro and Business. smart is on Business and is only used when you ask for it. If our monthly model budget runs hot, calls drop to cheap.

Credits

Each call reports credits.charged in the body and the X-AI-Credits header. Credits follow the real model cost of the call, so a short page costs less than a long one. A repeat of the same request inside the cache window costs 1 credit. Plans include a monthly AI allowance and AI top-ups are available; see pricing.

AI output can be wrong. Check it before you rely on it.
