Team

One builder. Named, not a stock photo.

There is not a twelve-person “engineering org”. Support on working days is the same person who shipped Pulse and the shield.

Developer

Connor O'Driscoll

Designs, writes, and runs fetch.li. Personal site for other work. This product is not a Tidalux staff directory with five empty chairs.

Mail

Two mailers. One domain.

Product mail is @fetch.li. Proton for private notes (support, later login mail). Standard SMTP (Stackmail and the like) for bulk from the same domain. If a lane is off, we say so. We do not pretend a message was sent.

Company, legal and product questions all start with our protected contact form, then route to the right team.

Proton

Checking…

Transactional. SMTP token from Proton, or Proton Bridge on the box (127.0.0.1:1025). Default public host is smtp.protonmail.ch:587 with STARTTLS. From address must be @fetch.li.

Standard SMTP

Checking…

Broadcast and everyday hosting mail. Stackmail, 20i, cPanel: typically smtp.stackmail.com:465. Same domain. Different mailbox or token. Set SMTP_* in env.

Plain answers

Who to trust, who to email

Is this Tidalux or fetch.li?
The product host is fetch.li. The company is Tidalux Ltd. Connor O'Driscoll developed it. Both names are on purpose, not a rebrand in progress.
Why two mailers?
Proton is the private lane. Stackmail-style SMTP is the hosting lane. Mixing bulk through Proton, or putting password mail on a shared cPanel box without saying so, is the thing we are avoiding. GET /v1/mail shows which lane is actually ready.
Do you send a newsletter yet?
No. The SMTP lane exists so a newsletter can go out later without a third vendor. There is no signup POST today. Support can POST /v1/mail/contact when a lane is configured; otherwise the form opens your mail app.
Is VAT added at checkout?
Tidalux Ltd is not VAT registered. The published price is the price. See pricing and tidalux.io/legal.
